Radiation hybrid maps were constructed using RHMAP: Statistical Package for Mulitpoint Radiation Hybrid Mapping Version 3.0, programmed by : M. Boehnke, K.Lunetta, E. Hauser, K. Lange, J. Uro and J. Vanderstop.
Radiation hybrid maps were drawn using MapCreator. Histogram plots of marker retention frequencies were drawn using Histogram Maker.
