Maximum LOD scores, breakage probability and distance estimates

This table lists: 1) each locus pair, 2) the number of hybrids typed for both loci, 3) number of hybrids typed that are negative for both loci, 4) number of hybrids that are negative for the first locus and positive for the second locus, 5) number of hybrids that are positive for the first locus and negative for the second locus, 6) number of hybrids that are positive for both loci, 7) estimates of the breakage probablility, 8) distance (in Rays) between both loci, and 9) maximum lod scores.

Locus names are abbreviated to the last three or four numbers. For example: SWR3456 is listed as 3456, SWR456 is denoted R456 etc.
